L N Rangarajan is a graduate from the University of Madras. He joined the Indian Foreign service in 1956 and has been an ambassador to several countries such as Greece, Sudan, Norway, Tunisia and Iceland.He has translated Kautilya’s Arthashastra and is also the author of the book Commodity Conflict.
