Aruna Chakravarti

Aruna Chakravarti writer, academic and translator. Her first novel, The Inheritors, was short-listed for the Commonwealth Writers Prize in 2004. She has translated widely from Bengali, including Saratchandra Chattopadhyay's Srikanta and Sunil Gangopadhyay's Those Days.
