বাংলাদেশ এবং আন্তর্জাতিক (ওভারসিজ) এলাকায় তৃতীয় পক্ষের কুরিয়ার সেবার মাধ্যমে শিপিং করি।

আনুমানিক ডেলিভারি সময়:

• ঢাকা শহরের ভিতরে: ২–৪ কার্যদিবস
• ঢাকার বাইরে: ৩–৭ কার্যদিবস
• আন্তর্জাতিক (ওভারসিজ): ৩০–৪৫ কার্যদিবস

কুরিয়ার সেবা ব্যাহত হওয়া বা অবাঞ্ছিত ঘটনা (প্রাকৃতিক বিপর্যয়, রাজনৈতিক অস্থিরতা ইত্যাদি) জনিত বিলম্বের জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।

৬. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড

• শুধুমাত্র ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, ভুল অথবা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্যের জন্য রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য এবং তা ডেলিভারির ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিপোর্ট করতে হবে।
• রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়ার জন্য ছবি ও ইনভয়েসের প্রমাণ প্রদান বাধ্যতামূলক।
• রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হলে ৭–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে করা হবে।
• শর্তাবলী পূরণ না হলে রিটার্ন গ্রহণ না করার অধিকার সংরক্ষিত।

৭. প্রচারণা, কুপন ও গিফট কার্ড

প্রচারমূলক কুপন ও ডিসকাউন্ট নির্দিষ্ট সময়সীমার জন্যই বৈধ।

গিফট কার্ড ফেরতযোগ্য বা হস্তান্তরযোগ্য নয়।

প্রতি অর্ডারে শুধুমাত্র একটি কুপন কোড ব্যবহার করা যাবে, যদি আলাদাভাবে অনুমতি না দেওয়া হয়।

৮. বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পত্তি
