Dr Sarah attained her primary medical degree in Bangladesh and then worked at Bangladesh Civil Service Hospital for four years. Sarah then completed Masters in Public Health and was engaged as a lecturer at Dhaka Medical College for two years. In moving to Australia, she has worked in a rural hospital for a year and subsequently worked in Indigenous health for 7 years. During this period, Sarah worked in a wide range of rural and remote communities of far north Queensland. Dr Sarah’s special interests include Family Medicine, Indigenous health, chronic disease, skin cancer management and womens health including IUD & implanon insertion and removal.
