Karl H. Potter
Karl H. Potter Karl Harrington Potter (born August 19, 1927) is an American-born writer, academic, Indologist[1] from the University of Washington[2] and studied at the University of California,[3] as well as Harvard University[4] and is known for his writings on Indian philosophy. Potter has served as a Professor, of the department of Philosophy and South Asian Studies at the University of Washington.[5] He has been called an eminent scholar by his peers. He is credited with a number of books on the topic. The Government of India honored Potter in 2011 with the fourth highest civilian award of Padma Shri.
