Institution Builders : A Brief Survey of Roles and Contribution of Selected Civil Service Officials

Development and efficient functioning of institutions are critically important for long-term economic and social progress. Linked to these are factors related to refinement, upgradation and reforms in processes, procedures and systems to facilitate institution-building and ensure adequate contribution through effective institutions. Some Members of the Civil Service were able to demonstrate highly significant and extremely important roles, and disseminate outputs and results accordingly in this regard. In this book captioned "Institution Builders: A Brief Survey of Roles and Contribution of Selected Civil Service Officials" the author highlights roles and contribution of some exemplary Members of the Civil Service in establishing and guiding key national institutions for the benefit of our country and people. This presentation should, on one hand, be useful for current Civil Servants, and on the other, stimulate further research and insights in this regard.
